Petti di Pollo al latte
1 lb. chicken breast sliced
4 Tbsp salted butter
1 cup of flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Flour the chicken breast slices, set aside.
In a medium size frying pan, melt the butter, brown the chicken breast on both sides, about 3 minutes each side.
Season with salt and pepper, add the milk, make sure the chicken is cover add more milk if needed. Cover and let it cook until the sauce become thick, stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan. Remove from stove, add Parmesan cheese and serve.
